Hi! I’m Tai Mosley (she/her). Somatic Psychotherapy Intern working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples.

You’ve had bad experiences with providers. Finding a therapist who can hold the intersecting struggles you, your kiddo, your relationship, or family experiences, can feel overwhelming, if not downright impossible. Underneath the daily search to feel loved, cared for, and met, is the pain of not getting your needs met.

Hi, my name is Tai Mosley (she/her), a Somatic Psychotherapy Intern, and a Black Queer woman. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples as they navigate:

  • Identity

  • Racism

  • Neurodiversity

  • Substance Use

  • Childhood trauma

  • Religious Trauma

  • Queerness

  • Body Image

  • Adoption/Foster Care

  • Single Parents

  • Poverty

  • Disabilities and/or chronic illness

  • Intergenerational Trauma

  • Past residential treatment experience

In our work together, we'll go at your own pace. We’ll build trust, and support you to feel held in a safer container. Working through the trauma and pain in your own life or the life of your child, family, or relationship, you’ll find more lightness, joy, and connection.

I love working with clients who want to strengthen their autonomy and want to use our therapeutic relationship as a laboratory for that.

I’ve been called a cheerleader/hype woman more than once by clients! That’s because it brings me joy to witness your growth and to celebrate your wins. Becoming a part of your village is a true honor.

Would you like to explore working together? I invite you into affinity, into working at the pace of trust, and into being held in the complexity of what it means to be you, as a relational being, in the world right now. Reach out via the contact form or call 802-222-0436.
