You’re not feeling heard. The systems that are suppose to help don’t seem to understand you or your child, and you’ve both been underestimated more than once. Hi there! I'm Jac (she/her), a white-presenting (Lebanese/Dutch) and queer person and rostered somatic psychotherapist. I work with children (4 yo+), teens, and young adults.
